Welcome to Laleham Archery Club. We are a friendly group of archers with a great range of skill and experience levels, from very recently trained through to 'old-hands'. If you are interested in learning to shoot, we offer beginner's courses or, if you are already an archer, you are welcome to join us and shoot on club nights or, due to our 'always-available' policy, shoot whenever you want (light permitting) at our outdoor range.

We have added the Portsmouth results and the Frostbite scores so far in the Members section, so if you want to check out how you did (and how well you have to do in the Frostbite), check them out!

Don't forget the Portsmouth Final takes place this Sunday, 4th March! Any LAC member can shoot, but only those beating their average of 2 previous Sunday scores are in with a shot at the trophy!

55th Annual Laleham Albion

On Sunday 8th October 2017, we held the 55th Laleham Albion. We had 48 archers shoot with us and we had a fine, clear day once again! our Lord Paramount was Roy Smither, a long time member of the club and author of Vae Victis: Chronicling the History of Laleham Archery Club

A big thank you to our judges Andrew Trimble, Debbie Horn and Meera Shah, who did a sterling job as always.

A special mention to two of our own: Phil Shore won the Gentlemen's Barebow prize and Jeff Shore who got the Best Gold award. Well done gents.

Beginner's Course

We offer several courses per year throughout both the indoor and outdoor seasons. These are popular and, as spaces are limited, they are often over-subscribed (although we do hold a waiting list in case of drop-outs). These sessions are suitable for anyone between the ages of 8 and 80 years old, who is relatively fit and active. The programme consists of six sessions, one evening a week.
